In an ongoing project, Triad Development LLC designed and constructed a regional detention pond to service new and future projects within the 24-acre development located near the intersection of SC Hwy.
SC Hwy. 101 Commercial Development
101 and Interstate 85 in Spartanburg County. The development currently includes a QuikTrip Service Center, a construction company, and a container storage business. Future plans include replacing the construction and storage businesses with restaurants and a hotel site.
