Triad Development LLC provided surveying, engineering design, permitting, and construction services for the 48-lot Hanlon Knoll Subdivision in the Town of Reidville, South Carolina.

The project included the mass grading of the site and the construction of approximately 2,000 feet of new road, water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system, and stormwater control structures. The site is under construction as a D.R. Horton community.
